Getting into competitive drink categories is not new for us. Our first introduction to the mass produced, co-packing beverage business started with us manufacturing our own energy drink. With no experience in the beverage business, we quickly learned a lot about co-packing, packaging, label design, formulation, and beverage sales. With formulation of an energy drink, it was key to use masking ingredients to hide the vitamin taste from the B vitamins and additional energy drink ingredients. Our claim to fame with Wild Buzz was our 1 liter energy drinks. Our favorite customers were truck drivers who liked having a "big gulp" of energy drinks right in their hands.
After having Wild Buzz in the marketplace, we established a relationship with the 99 Cent Only stores and started selling truckload of our Big Bang Energy Drink to them. Truckload sales and quick turn around times was what changed our business model and started us helping other companies manufacture their own beverages.
